What we collect

• Valuation requests: your company website, headquarters country and industry, your answers to the valuation questions, your name, work email, optional phone number, the indicative range we calculated, and a record of your agreement to be introduced to buyers (the wording you saw and when you agreed).
• Buyer requests: your organisation, what data you are looking for, your name and work email.
• Usage events: pages viewed, steps of the valuation reached, buttons clicked, the campaign tags (UTM) of the link that brought you, country and browser type. These never include what you type into forms.

We never ask for, and do not collect, any of your company’s internal data during a valuation.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, assess fit, arrange a call and, with your agreement, introduce you to buyers. To measure which pages and campaigns work. TODO(owner): lawful bases per purpose (GDPR/UK GDPR), retention periods.

Advertising tools

If enabled, we use the Meta pixel and Conversions API, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Ads tags to measure ad performance. They receive page and event names, never your form answers, name, email or phone number. TODO(owner): cookie consent banner where required (EU/UK) before enabling these.

Sharing

We share nothing about you or your company with a buyer unless you have agreed to be introduced (the introduction box in the valuation form), and then only under NDA. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at any time by writing to privacy@quietasset.com.
